Delivery & Returns
All our pieces are hand made in silver, there may be variations in the color and shape of the stone among other details depending on the design. These details make each piece unique.
Each piece is checked before being put on sale. Any defect will be visible immediately and must be notified after receiving your piece.
Each piece sold has instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance of your piece, also available online in our Care section. Try to follow these steps so that your piece stays in good condition for longer.
Our online store accepts payments via PayPal, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard. Prices do not include shipping rates.
Returns & Exchanges
To make your return or exchange valid, take the following steps in no more than 10 business days from the delivery of the package.
- Notify via email at email@example.com
- Clarify the reasons why the piece does not meet quality requirements, include photographs.
- We will respond in no more than two business days, clarifying the steps to follow.
- The shipment of the piece is at your own expense
- The piece will be analyzed and evaluated. The piece must not show signs of having been used or abused.
The change can be made for another piece of the same design or, failing that, for another of the same price, or refund of money if necessary .The exchange of the piece or the refund of money, is for Nebulae's sole consideration.
Wear and tear repairs, re-polishing, or any other non-defective fix, will have an extra cost, so we recommend following the recommended care tips to keep your piece in the best condition.
The evaluation of damage and cost of repair is for Nebulae's sole consideration.
All our shipments are certified through FedEx or DHL.
Allow 1-2 business days to confirm your order, 2-6 days to prepare your package, and 8-10 days from the shipping date to receive your package.
The shipping cost is absorbed by the buyer when placing the order.
We are not responsible for packages lost, mistreated, or opened on the way.
